How to fix this

Restarting Windows

  1. Click the Start button (Windows logo) in the bottom-left corner
  2. Click the Power icon
  3. Select Restart
  4. Wait for your computer to shut down and restart completely

  • Save all your open documents and files
  • Close all running applications
  • Ensure you have your login password ready

Restarting macOS

  1. Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner
  2. Select Restart...
  3. Click Restart in the confirmation dialog
  4. Wait for your Mac to shut down and restart completely
